The Bermuda Diabetes Association dietician, who specializes in diabetes, will take you up and down the aisles at Lindos Supermarket in Devonshire. She’ll show you the differences in foods you may not know about and how this all affects your blood sugar levels.

You'll find out:

• How to choose foods that helps keep your blood sugar levels under control
• What the food labels really mean and how they affect you
• What foods you should and shouldn't buy
• The differences between "High GI" and "Low GI" and if this really matters

The tour is only one hour and it’s free to you – as a supporter of the Diabetes Resource Centre.

The supermarket tours are held on Thursday:-
